One hour on-site walk-through with a room-by-room written preparation plan delivered within 48 hours.
Pre-Shoot Styling — $125/hr, 2-hour minimum
Declutter, furniture arrangement, and personal item removal to get your space camera-ready.
Photography — starting at $500
Up to 30 professionally high resolution, edited photos. Homes up to 2,000 sq ft. $200 per additional 1,000 sq ft.
Twilight shots — $150 with base package. $200 standalone.

Consult, styling, and photography. Everything your listing needs before it hits the market.
All photos delivered within 48 hours. Travel fee of $50 applies to locations beyond 25 miles from Brea.
